Job Description - Responsible in handling and manage HR functions, including employee and industrial relations. Importantly, they will ensure compliance with labor laws and foster a positive workplace environment - Analyze HR data related to employee surveys, yearly assessments, etc., to define organizational development needs. - Develop, implement, and review HR policies and procedures to ensure alignment with company goals and compliance with legal requirements. - Support leadership in creating and maintaining a positive organizational culture, with an emphasis on employee engagement and retention. - Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, providing guidance on HR-related issues such as career development, conflict resolution, and performance improvement. - Build and maintain strong relationships with labor unions, employee representatives, and regulatory bodies to promote a harmonious workplace. - Develop and implement strategies to mitigate industrial disputes and foster constructive dialogue between management and employees. - Represent the organization in labor tribunal hearings, mediation, and other legal proceedings related to industrial relations. - Stay updated on labor laws, industry standards, and government regulations to ensure the organization remains compliant. - Provide training and guidance to management and supervisors on industrial relations practices and conflict resolution techniques.Job Requirement ・Bachelor's degree. ・7 years of experiences as GA with 3 years as Assistant Manager from Japanese Manufacturing. ・Strong in Technical HR, Industrial Relation, Comben, Internal Employee Relation ・Business English proficiency.
