Develop, maintain, and expand relationships with key accounts within the F&B manufacturing industry.Identify customer needs and work closely with technical and operations teams to provide effective product and service solutions.Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring profitable growth.Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure mutual benefit.Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.Collaborate with internal stakeholders (technical, supply chain, customer service) to deliver exceptional customer experience.Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and account plans.Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.Well Known Company - MNC Competitive SalaryBachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, or a related field.Minimum 5 years' experience in B2B sales or key account management, preferably within the F&B manufacturing supply chain.Proven track record in managing large/strategic industrial accounts.Strong business acumen with the ability to understand manufacturing processes and operational requirements.Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.Willingness to travel as needed to meet customers.Our client is a well known Chemical company.- Competitive Salary- Company Car- Exposure
