- Coordinate with Telecom Service (ISP) Vendors to ensure Internet Availability
- Coordinate with VOIP Service Vendor to ensure VOIP Availability
- Setup, maintain and support office Users Laptops (Linux)
- Troubleshooting for IT Equipment and inquiries of users
- Handle Procurement process for IT Equipment
- Manage internal IT projects
- Promote best security practices to existing employees and onboard new joiners
- Play a critical role in maintaining the backbone of the company's IT infrastructure
- Work on diverse tasks: from networking and hardware to user support and IT procurement
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless IT operations
- Gain autonomy and ownership over internal IT projects
- Directly contribute to business continuity and employee productivity
- Be a champion of IT security and help build a secure working environment
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Knowledge in network administration
- Good communication skills
- Quick learner, takes initiatives
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
- All round technical knowledge
- Self-organized
- Bilingual in Bahasa and English
- Quick and autonomous learner
- Unix / Linux platform
