We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Learning Management System (LMS) Infrastructure & System Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of IT systems, LMS platforms, server management, and database administration, along with a strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure a seamless and effective learning experience for all users.Minimum Qualifications and ExperienceTechnical Skills:

Experience with Moodle: Familiarity with Moodle as a Learning Management System (LMS).
Linux Administration: Proficiency in managing Linux servers, including Ubuntu, CentOS, or Debian.
Web Server Management: Experience with Apache or Nginx web servers.
Database Management: Knowledge of MariaDB. PostgreSQL or MySQL databases.
PHP Development: Experience with PHP, including version 7.3 or higher.
Network Configuration: Ability to configure and manage network settings, including firewalls and load balancers.
Server Management: Experience with managing and maintaining servers, including virtualization and Containerization technologies.
Performance Optimization: Experience in optimizing system performance and scalability.
Security: Understanding of security best practices and implementation of security measures.
Cloud Services: Familiarity with cloud services and infrastructure, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
System Integration: Ability to integrate Moodle with other systems and applications is a plus.

Soft Skills:

Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members and stakeholders.
Team Collaboration: Willingness to work collaboratively with other IT staff and departments.
Project Management: Experience in managing IT projects and ensuring timely completion.

Additional Requirements:

Backup and Disaster Recovery: Experience with backup solutions and disaster recovery planning.
Performance Monitoring: Ability to monitor system performance and implement improvements.
Documentation: Skills in documenting IT infrastructure and processes for future reference.
