
IT Support & System Administrator

- Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot company laptops, devices, and networks
- Administer Google Workspace (email accounts, groups, drive access, security settings)
- Manage employee access to internal tools (e.g., Slack, Google workspaces)
- Handle software and license management, including renewals and subscriptions
- Maintain records of IT assets, user accounts, and access logs
- Provide basic IT support for team members (connectivity issues, app errors, etc.)
- Enforce IT security protocols (e.g., password policy, 2FA, software updates)
- Support profile picture creation and simple image editing for company use
- Assist with onboarding/offboarding IT processes for new hires and exits
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware or software purchases and troubleshooting
- Experience in IT support or system administration.
- Strong understanding of Google Workspace admin console.
- Familiarity with cloud-based tools (Slack, etc.).
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple requests efficiently.
- Basic design skills (Photoshop, Canva) for profile image tasks.
