The Learning & Development (L&D) Associate Manager is responsible for the end-to-end management of training programs for all functions, including academic staff (teachers) and sales & marketing teams. This role involves designing training curricula, overseeing onboarding, conducting refresher training, and implementing Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) to enhance employee performance and align with business objectives.Job Description:
  • Design and update training programs for academic and sales marketing teams.
  • Manage onboarding to ensure new employees are well-prepared.
  • Conduct refreshment training to maintain high performance.
  • Develop and implement Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) for underperforming employees.
  • Identify skill gaps and training needs through assessments.
  • Deliver training sessions or coordinate with trainers.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and suggest improvements.
  • Work closely with department heads to align training with business goals.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably with both academic and sales training exposure.
  • Strong experience in curriculum design, training facilitation, and performance management.
  • Proven expertise in managing onboarding programs, employee development, and PIP implementation.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of training evaluation models (e.g., Kirkpatrick Model) and familiarity with L&D technologies.
  • Experience in coaching, mentoring, and talent development across various functions.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and drive L&D strategies that align with organizational objectives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess training needs and effectiveness.
