- Manage the daily operations of the LMS platform, including planning, feature development, and integration with other systems.
- Ensure the availability, accessibility, and performance of the LMS platform according to service standards.
- Establish governance, policies, and procedures related to content management, enrollment, tracking, and reporting.
- Design and implement a Knowledge Management strategy to collect, store, and share knowledge across business units.
- Develop a digital repository and mechanisms for regularly updating knowledge content.
- Encourage employee participation in knowledge sharing through CoPs (Communities of Practice) or internal forums.
- Design and implement programs to build a learning culture throughout the organization, including campaigns, gamification, and recognition.
- Measure the effectiveness of the learning culture through KPIs of engagement, completion rate, and linkage to performance.
- Collaborate with L&D, HRBP, Talent Managers, leaders, and learning champions to ensure learning is relevant to unit and individual needs.
- Align learning programs with individual development plans (IDPs) and the company's talent strategy.
- Ensure learning and knowledge management policies comply with legal standards, data protection, and company regulations.
- Regularly monitor and review system effectiveness, quality, and compliance.
