Job DescriptionWe are looking for a passionate and dynamic Freelance Community Specialist to help us build and strengthen connections with targeted communities. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, approaching, and nurturing relationships with relevant groups, partners, and individuals. You will serve as the bridge between our organization and the community, creating opportunities for collaboration and engagement that align with our mission.Responsibilities:

Identify, connect, and maintain strong relationships with community groups and networks that align with our initiatives.
Plan and execute community engagement activities, gatherings, or collaborations.
Act as a representative of the brand in community-related events and discussions.
Build partnerships with organizations or individuals that can amplify community initiatives.
Provide insights on community behavior, preferences, and opportunities to support program development.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of community-related projects.

Strong presence, confident communication skills, and the ability to build trust in diverse settings.
Excellent interpersonal and networking skills, with the ability to engage comfortably with established communities and social groups.
Prior experience in community engagement, partnerships, or event coordination is preferred.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently as a freelancer.
Creative, proactive, and resourceful in developing new ideas for community outreach.
Comfortable representing the organization in external meetings and gatherings.
Based in Jabodetabek, with flexibility to attend events or meetings when required.
