Key Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and execute CSR and sustainability strategies aligned with business objectives and ESG standards.
Design and implement impactful community development programs supporting education, health, environment, and livelihood.
Foster strong partnerships with government bodies, local communities, NGOs, and industry associations.
Lead stakeholder engagement and ensure transparent communication on sustainability initiatives.
Oversee corporate reputation management, including communications, media, and advocacy efforts.
Advise senior management on sustainability trends, risks, and opportunities.
Monitor, evaluate, and report CSR and sustainability performance against measurable outcomes.
Represent the company in forums, conferences, and industry working groups.

Minimum 15 years of experience in CSR, sustainability, and community development within the Energy & Mining sector.
Strong expertise in stakeholder engagement, social programs, and sustainability reporting.
Proven experience in government/community relations, advocacy, and partnership building.
Solid knowledge of ESG frameworks and local regulatory requirements.
Excellent leadership, strategic planning, and influencing skills.
Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
