- Digital Adoption:
- Lead digital adoption efforts for the mobile app and specific products, driving installs, registrations, and sustained usage.
- Identify and address barriers to digital engagement, tailoring initiatives for different customer segments.
- Campaign Execution:
- Oversee performance marketing campaigns and customer lifecycle initiatives to meet KPIs.
- Leverage data insights to optimize acquisition and engagement efforts across channels.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with product, business development, and customer experience teams to align marketing strategies with product roadmaps.
- Act as a bridge between marketing and operations to ensure smooth implementation of campaigns.
- Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Use analytics to monitor customer behavior and campaign performance.
- Generate insights to inform future strategies and enhance ROI.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in financial services, fintech, or digital-first companies.
- Proven success in growing digital products or financial services offerings.
- Previous business experience in lending products, investment products, or payment products
- Previous roles in product management, marketing, business development, or sales management.
- Hands-on experience in performance marketing, customer lifecycle management, or digital adoption initiatives.
