  • Orchestrate the entire import and export shipping process, from booking and scheduling to tracking.
  • Generate and verify all required shipping documents, such as invoices, packing lists, and customs forms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (procurement, warehouse, finance) to streamline shipments and manage costs.
  • Serve as the key point of contact for freight forwarders, customs agents, and carriers.
  • Proactively monitor shipment progress and quickly resolve any delays or issues.
  • Maintain accurate shipping data and update ERP systems as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all international trade laws, customs regulations, and required permits.
  • Assist with logistics audits and internal reviews.
  • Suggest and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and cut costs.

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field with 3-7 years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in ERP systems and shipping modules
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively
  • Solid understanding of HS codes, international trade documentation, and freight cost analysis
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • Fluent in English
