- Orchestrate the entire import and export shipping process, from booking and scheduling to tracking.
- Generate and verify all required shipping documents, such as invoices, packing lists, and customs forms.
- Collaborate with internal teams (procurement, warehouse, finance) to streamline shipments and manage costs.
- Serve as the key point of contact for freight forwarders, customs agents, and carriers.
- Proactively monitor shipment progress and quickly resolve any delays or issues.
- Maintain accurate shipping data and update ERP systems as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all international trade laws, customs regulations, and required permits.
- Assist with logistics audits and internal reviews.
- Suggest and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and cut costs.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field with 3-7 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in ERP systems and shipping modules
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively
- Solid understanding of HS codes, international trade documentation, and freight cost analysis
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Fluent in English
