Utility & Maintenance Manager - Manufacturing

• Manage all utility systems, including boilers, HVAC, compressed air, and water treatment, to ensure they run efficiently and reliably to support production.
• Monitor utility consumption to identify and execute energy efficiency projects that cut costs and reduce environmental impact.
• Develop and manage a robust maintenance strategy for all utility infrastructure and equipment, prioritizing uptime and long-term asset health.
• Lead and mentor a specialized team of utility operators and technicians, focusing on safety, training, and performance.
• Oversee the utility and maintenance budget, and manage all related capital projects and infrastructure upgrades.

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Proven knowledge of utility systems and equipment in the manufacturing industry.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Experience in managing teams within an engineering or manufacturing environment.
• Excellent understanding of safety and environmental compliance standards.
• Effective communication and leadership skills.
