In this role, you will be responsible for developing market strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and driving long-term value creation aligned with our vision of becoming the leading power solutions provider in Indonesia.Rolls-Royce Power Systems is headquartered in Friedrichshafen in southern Germany and employs around 9,000 people. - Identifying New Opportunities: Conduct market research, analyze customer needs, and expand the sales pipeline through qualified prospects.
- Building Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Deliver compelling presentations.
- Developing Strategies: Create and implement business plans for market expansion, new product launches, and increased sales.
- Analyzing Data: Use market research and sales data to inform strategy and decision-making.
- Negotiating: Lead contract discussions and agreement finalization with clients and partners.
- Partner Network: Identify, evaluate, and manage business partners to drive performance and long-term collaboration.
- Reporting: Prepare and present business plans, reports, and proposal tracking updates. Support internal and external audits.
- Collaboration: Align with Marketing, Sales, Service, and Finance teams to ensure integrated customer solutions.
- Special Assignments: Support ad hoc strategic or operational initiatives as required.
- Monitor and deliver on KPIs.
- Conduct regular reviews of strategy and adjust action plans accordingly.
- Adhere to company policies, Code of Conduct, Compliance, ISO standards, Quality Management System and HSE.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting as per company regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
- Proficient in English (spoken and written).
- Competent in Microsoft Office and SAP.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in B2B industrial sales, including at least 3 years in a business development role.
- Strong strategic thinking, market analysis, and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead generation practices.
- Proactive, accountable, and team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record in business target achievement, strategic development, and execution.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
