- Ability to drive new leads and lean into network to open discussions and opportunities for the business. This could mean leads in Indonesia as cascades to other TEAM LEWIS office in Asia Pacific or leads in the region (including Indonesia) for execution work to be done in Indonesia
- This could be achieved from use of Sales Navigator on LinkedIn, participating at relevant events, networking at functions (including recommendation of association or chambers to be members of).
- Experience supporting the new business process, working in collaboration with the multi-market team leaders to play a crucial role in selling TEAM LEWIS credentials throughout the tender process
- Writes and compiles compelling credentials, responding to RFI and RFP documents (within deadline) with the aim of securing pitch opportunities
- Oversees and maintains a consultative relationship with the client, acting as a contact and partner for all marketing and communications services
- Works closely with the client to regularly review account performance, identifying and communicating opportunities for additional PR, marketing and digital tools and services
- Works with the management team to ensure account profitability and effective budgeting
- Oversees all media relations activity on behalf of the client, maintaining key media contacts for campaigns and projects
- Builds, maintains and develops robust relationships with journalists, bloggers, influencers and analysts across national, trade and vertical media channels
- Utilises network to create and maximise client coverage, advising on potential opportunities
- Oversees and provides content creation for campaigns and projects including press releases, articles, blog entries, and other written material
- Drafts - and oversees the drafting of - a broad range of written materials including biographies, briefing documents, media alerts, soundbites, Q&As, backgrounders and boilerplates, ensuring a consistent level of high-quality content
- Works with content experts to drive the improvement of own and others knowledge of impactful techniques and writing styles
- Uses social media platforms (both within and outside of Indonesia) to expand own network, understand what’s on the pulse of culture, and positively impact client results
- Uses social media and proactively explores new tools, solutions and processes to continuously evolve and optimise client integrated campaigns
- Provides social media insight as well as execution and management of related digital activity
- Relevant experience of working in a B2B, corporate, consumer or digital communications agency environment at an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager level
- Highly commercial and results driven, with a proven track record of commercially impacting a business via lead generation and strategic client consultancy
- Strong project management skills with an ability to plan and prioritise
- Considered, creative, assertive and influential; with the skills and aptitude to successfully secure and nurture new clients
