Job Description:1. Operational Firefighting and Issue Resolution: Identify, triage, and resolve urgent operational challenges in real-time, such as scheduling conflicts, resource shortages, or logistical disruptions, to minimize impact on teaching and student outcomes.
Teacher Support and Resource Management: Ensure teachers at the center level have access to necessary tools, materials, training, and support to effectively deliver curriculum and engage students. Conduct regular audits and feedback sessions to address gaps and enhance teaching environments.
2. Process Improvement and Optimization: Analyze existing workflows to improve visibility into operations (e.g., through dashboards or reporting tools) and boost overall productivity. Implement standardized procedures, automate routine tasks where possible, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive efficiency.
3. Teacher Utilization and Benchmarking: Monitor and optimize teacher utilization rates, including workload balancing, class assignments, and professional development opportunities. Establish or refine benchmarks for utilization (e.g., target hours taught per teacher, class fill rates) based on industry standards or internal data; collaborate with stakeholders to set realistic goals and measure progress.
4. Project Management for Academic Initiatives (Optional/Expandable Scope): Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring academic projects, such as curriculum updates, technology integrations, or program expansions. This includes timeline management, stakeholder coordination, and risk assessment to ensure projects align with operational goals—note that this can be scaled based on team capacity and may require collaboration with dedicated project managers if the scope grows.Qualifications:1. Strong analytical abilities to interpret recruitment data and metrics (e.g., using tools like Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Google Analytics, or Excel for funnel reporting).
2. Expertise in hiring best practices, including behavioral interviewing, diversity recruiting, and negotiation techniques.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging candidates, conducting interviews, and collaborating with internal teams.
4. Proficiency in recruitment software (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or ATS platforms like BambooHR) and familiarity with educational hiring specifics (e.g., certification requirements, pedagogical assessments).
5. Strategic thinking to align hiring with organizational objectives and adapt to market changes.
6. Does not need to be from edu background. Prefer someone with strong hiring framework and has been exposed to multiple hiring channel eg mass hiring
