Your Role
We are looking for a dynamic HR & EHS Assistant Manager to support our operations in Indonesia. This hybrid role combines responsibilities in Human Resources and Environment, Health & Safety (EHS), ensuring compliance, employee engagement, and a safe working environment at our Cikarang facility.
Main ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources-Implement HR programs aligned with operational strategy and corporate policies.
-Manage recruitment, selection, and talent development processes.
-Foster positive employee relations and manage union interactions.
-Oversee performance appraisal systems and employee engagement initiatives.
-Administer payroll, benefits, and BPJS-related documentation.
-Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
-Handle general affairs including licensing, building maintenance, and inventory management.Environment, Health & Safety-Lead EHS initiatives and ensure compliance with Indonesian regulations and EssilorLuxottica standards.
-Conduct risk assessments, inspections, audits, and incident investigations.
-Develop and deliver EHS training and awareness programs.
-Monitor subcontractor compliance with EHS requirements.
-Drive continuous improvement in EHS practices and systems (ISO 45001, ISO 14001).
-Key driver of Sustainability efforts with relation to energy , water and waste management ( to include but not limited ( reduction, recycling and optimization)
-Ensure suitability and functionality of EHS related materials needed on a day to day and emergency conditions (i.e. spill kits, fire extinguishers, and related life safety devices)
-Organize and lead EHS meetings and maintain documentation.Requirements-Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, Engineering, Law, or Occupational Health & Safety.
-Minimum 7 years of experience in HR and/or EHS roles, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
-Certified in AK3 Umum, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 or other relevant EHS certifications.
-Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law and HR/EHS best practices.
-Fluent in English (spoken and written).
-Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
-Self-driven, resourceful, and able to manage multiple responsibilities.
