- Lead Vendor Selection process to ensure that the company is getting what it really needs as well as the best deal in the market, following Goto Procurement Procedure while adhering to relevant Policies and Procedures within the organization
- Drive cost reduction and avoidance initiatives to support organization operating cost optimization through the execution of Procurement activities, including mitigation of any relevant risks within the Source-to-Pay process and supply chain
- Owning the Source-to-Pay process by ensuring a seamless transition throughout the steps, starting from capturing business needs up to Vendor Payment
- Lead and execute Vendor Selection Process for both Tactical and Strategic bidding and aim for cost optimization target
- Responsible for ensuring proper documentation upon vendor selection process to establish transparency and accountability
- Identifying relevant Subject Matter Experts (SME) to be included in the vendor selection process to support a comprehensive evaluation
- Identify and execute cost-efficiency initiatives in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
- Increase Procurement's technology and platform utilization and target for SLA optimization and Sourcing Quality
- Develop a Sourcing competencies framework as part of people development within the Procurement Sourcing organization
- Build the right vendor market and network as well as internal stakeholders, to support the collaborations within Procurement processes
- Lead and collaborate Vendor Value Creation Program together with Critical/Valued vendors to deliver innovation, better speed to market, productivity, asset utilization, sustainability, etc.
- Bachelors of business, supply chain management, or any other related field (knowledge of related markets i.e. General Procurement Categories, is preferred). Preferably has been working in Procurement for at minimum 4 years and/ or in a supervisory role
- Strong business and commercial mindset.
