
Business Development Manager (Marketing)

- Identify, pitch, and close new business opportunities with brands across key verticals (e.g., FMCG, telco, lifestyle, financial services)
- Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline, from lead generation through to deal closure
- Act as a strategic advisor to clients, delivering tailored digital marketing solutions across the full marketing funnel
- Collaborate with internal teams (strategy, media, content, ops) to develop and execute campaigns that meet client objectives
- Create growth plans, proposals, and client presentations to drive commercial conversations
- Represent the company at events and activate your personal network to open new doors
- Work closely with the business development and marketing teams to refine positioning and go-to-market approaches
- 5–10 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales in digital marketing, agency, or media environments
- Strong understanding of full-funnel digital marketing strategy and platforms (paid, owned, earned media)
- Proven track record of selling digital marketing campaigns or solutions to senior brand stakeholders
- Strong network and connections across brand marketing decision-makers in the region
- Ability to build a pipeline and drive results independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, especially from scratch
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Data- and insights-driven mindset, comfortable working with performance metrics and campaign results
- Fluent in English
