Tokopedia & TikTok Shop Indonesia is looking for a strategic, well-connected, and highly collaborative Brand Alliances & Partnerships Lead to join our Brand Marketing (BMKT) team. This role will be critical in expanding the brand's footprint through meaningful alliances and innovative co-branding partnerships.You will lead the development of high-impact marketing collaborations with top brands in Indonesia; bridging creativity and commerce to reach new audiences, build cultural relevance, and strengthen Tokopedia & TikTok Shop's brand image.Job Responsibility:
- Identify, evaluate, and secure alliances with leading consumer, lifestyle, and tech brands to unlock long-term value and visibility for Tokopedia & TikTok Shop.
- Build structured partnership frameworks (e.g. joint programs, platform integrations, category alliances) that support brand positioning and business growth.
- Represent the company in high-level brand negotiations, acting as a trusted face for external partners.Co-Branding & Joint Marketing Campaigns
- Lead the ideation and execution of co-branded campaigns that merge the platform's cultural and commerce edge with partner brand narratives.
- Deliver breakthrough campaign concepts and executions (online and offline) that are buzzworthy, strategically aligned, and measurable in impact.
- Work closely with internal teams such as Creative, Campaigns, Comms, and Commercial to ensure alignment and execution excellence.Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications:
- 4 years of experience in brand partnerships, business development, or strategic marketing ideally in e-commerce, FMCG, tech, or lifestyle brands.
- A strong network of decision-makers and marketing leaders across top brands in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Track record of launching innovative partnership campaigns that drive brand equity and engagement.
- Agile, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset with high commercial awareness
