Job Description :
  • Drive growth and achieve sales targets by effectively managing the sales team.
  • Develop and implement a strategic business plan to expand the company’s customer base and strengthen its market presence.
  • Present sales, revenue, and expense reports, along with realistic forecasts, to the management team.
  • Identify emerging markets and shifts in the industry while staying informed about new products and competitors.
  • Serve as the primary contact, building long-term relationships with customers.
  • Discover new sales opportunities within existing accounts to maintain strong client-account manager relationships.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with the sales team and other departments working on the same accounts.
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders.
  • Forecast and monitor key account metrics.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams.
Requirements
  • 5 to 7 years of IT sales experience.
  • Preferably from a System Integrator (SI) background.
  • Knowledge and experience in Infrastructure and/or Application Solutions and Development.
  • Industry experience in the Public Sector, Government-Linked Companies (GLC), Financial Institutions, and Enterprise Accounts.
  • Proven direct customer-facing experience with a track record of successfully opening new accounts.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in any field is required.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is necessary.
