- Drive growth and achieve sales targets by effectively managing the sales team.
- Develop and implement a strategic business plan to expand the company’s customer base and strengthen its market presence.
- Present sales, revenue, and expense reports, along with realistic forecasts, to the management team.
- Identify emerging markets and shifts in the industry while staying informed about new products and competitors.
- Serve as the primary contact, building long-term relationships with customers.
- Discover new sales opportunities within existing accounts to maintain strong client-account manager relationships.
- Collaborate and coordinate with the sales team and other departments working on the same accounts.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders.
- Forecast and monitor key account metrics.
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams.
- 5 to 7 years of IT sales experience.
- Preferably from a System Integrator (SI) background.
- Knowledge and experience in Infrastructure and/or Application Solutions and Development.
- Industry experience in the Public Sector, Government-Linked Companies (GLC), Financial Institutions, and Enterprise Accounts.
- Proven direct customer-facing experience with a track record of successfully opening new accounts.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in any field is required.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is necessary.
