- Prepare agendas and take accurate Minutes of Meeting (MoM)
- Distribute and follow up on action items from meetings
- Maintain organized project documentation and filing systems (digital & physical)
- Draft and manage project correspondence (emails, letters, memos)
- Support in preparing reports, logs, and presentation materials
- Assist with general administrative tasks
- Manage office supplies
- Coordinate office maintenance and repairs
- 1–3 years of experience in administrative or project support roles (experience in construction, architecture, or engineering projects is a plus)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong skills in organizing meetings, taking MoM, and maintaining documentation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
- Able to handle multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines
- Familiar with filing systems, document control, and office supply management
- Professional, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
