Due to on-going growth, we are currently recruiting a Project Financial Administrator to join the Indonesia Office. This role is fixed term with contract duration 6 monthsProject Financial Administrator (Fixed Term)Job Description
- Provide quality service to internal and external clients
- Set up, maintain, and issue invoices for projects
- Update project contract information
- Update project costs
- Maintain customer accounts
- Receipt client payments against their accounts and follow up on unapplied receipts
- Respond to customer requests for account information
- Provide assistance to Job Directors and Job Managers in their collection efforts of debts
- Collaborate effectively with counterparts in other Beca offices
- Understands the broader team and manage expectations accordingly
- Escalate complex enquiries onto Manager for response
- Maintain and ensure compliance with delegated financial authorities
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Accounting.
- Fresh graduate or candidate with max 2 year experience are welcome to apply.
- Preferably have exposure handling AR (Account receivable).
- Understanding of spreadsheets, reconciliations and data analysis
- Strong administrative, numeracy and procedural skills
