Work is interdisciplinary - the team focuses on growing demand efficiently, with projects covering overall strategy, ideation, experimentation, and driving implementation of growth projectsGet to Know the RoleAs the Demand & User Growth Analytics Lead, you will be the subject matter expert in transforming data into actionable growth initiatives across Grab's primary business. We are looking for technical and produce insights to make key operational and strategic decisions, while leading daily coordination with Business, Product, and Engineering teams across the company. You will report into the Head of User Experience & Growth and be based onsite in Grab Jakarta officeThe Critical Tasks You Will Perform

Be an industry subject matter expert in using data to measure and analyze business performance
Develop analytical tools to help business teams be more effective at monitoring and debugging business performance/issues
Lead data-driven exploration of business opportunities, uncover insights, and identify targeted areas for business growth, e.g., demand spend optimization, Persona-specific campaigns, ML-based differentiated user experience, user retention and LTV boost
Develop mixed effect, causal inference models to understand business configurations that are working sub-optimally and suggest improvements
Partner closely with the broader business, product, and engineering teams to design and analyze experiments that guide key business decisions

QualificationsWhat Essential Skills You Will Need

4-6 years of analytical experience conjugated with business acumen, preferably in the tech industry
A Bachelor's/Master's degree, preferably in Analytics, Statistics, Software, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or Engineering
Ability to collect, organize & analyze large datasets with attention to detail and accuracy
Strong foundation in data query/manipulation using SQL and data visualization tools (PowerBI)
Strong statistical knowledge - ideally having utilized controlled experiments in the industry
Strong business sense and ability to articulate complex analyses to a wide range of audiences, and translating these to actionable business insights
