- Identify opportunities and convert insights into actionable and prioritized strategies and investment plans
- Define the go-to-market strategy and collaborate with the Product Owner, Marketing, Supply and Analytics for the action items, requirement and timeline
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., budgeting and planning, marketing, sales, operations) to uncover new use cases and broaden impact
- Serve as a project manager, aligning with internal and external stakeholders to ensure deliverables in a mannerly timeline and result
- At least 6 years of experience in strategy & planning, consulting, project management, or product growth
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to influence decisions across functions and senior leadership, including C-level executives
- Ability to clearly structure complex ideas and present them in a compelling, business-relevant way
- Strong business acumen with a problem-solving and growth-oriented mindset
- Ability to develop structured problem-solving approaches using MECE frameworks and impact sizing
- Experience with financial modeling and SQL/MaxCompute
