
Product Development Division Head (Auto Financing)

- Lead end-to-end development of auto financing products
- Analyze customer behavior, partner feedback, and market trends to shape product innovation
- Ensure product profitability, compliance, and alignment with business objectives
- Work closely with risk, operations to ensure seamless product rollout and lifecycle management
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to support product growth and customer acquisition
- Manage campaign planning in collaboration with partners and dealers
- Strengthen brand visibility and value proposition across target customer segments
- Monitor marketing performance metrics and continuously optimize strategies based on data and insights
- Collaborate closely with internal sales teams, dealers, and affiliated companies to support product penetration
- Design partner marketing toolkits, promotional programs, and bundled offerings to increase conversion
- Ensure alignment between product offerings and frontline execution in the captive ecosystem
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in multifinance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Strong background in product development, portfolio management, and marketing strategy, preferably within auto-related industry
- Proven track record in launching and managing financing products that drive customer acquisition and business growth
- Data-driven decision-maker with strong analytical, commercial, and strategic thinking skills
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and execution-focused environment
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
