Retail Loan Business Division Head

- Lead the design, development, and enhancement of cash/personal loan products that meet customer needs and align with business goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (risk, operations, legal, tech, etc.) to ensure smooth and compliant product rollout
- Monitor product performance and initiate enhancements based on customer feedback, market trends, and portfolio performance
- Define and execute end-to-end GTM strategies to drive customer acquisition and market penetration
- Identify and leverage digital and traditional channels for sales effectiveness
- Collaborate with marketing to develop impactful campaigns and customer communication strategies
- Work closely with internal sales teams and external partners to drive loan origination
- Design incentive schemes, sales tools, and performance tracking to boost productivity
- Continuously explore new distribution models to expand reach
- Conduct regular market analysis to understand competitor offerings, pricing, and positioning
- Identify gaps and opportunities to differentiate the product in a competitive landscape
- Monitor portfolio performance (disbursement, NPL, profitability) and take corrective actions as needed
- Provide regular business performance reports and strategic updates to management
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 12 years of experience in consumer lending, with proven experience in cash/personal loan products
- Strong business acumen with a track record in product development and strategic execution
- Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Familiarity with digital lending trends and technologies is a strong plus
