This role will support SMB (Small-Medium Business) Resource Management Team, where you will lead high-impact initiatives to drive content supply growth for our sellers or focus on internal optimization. You will work within a dynamic environment, where each quarter's priorities are set based on the platform's most urgent needs. Success in the role means skillfully managing multiple complex projects, collaborating across functions, and influencing key stakeholders with data-backed insightsRoles & Responsibilities
- Project Leadership: Take ownership of quarterly projects aimed at content supply growth, ensuring alignment with company goals and achieving the desired outcome
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage Aeolus, Excel, and other data tools to gather insights, analyze trends, and guide strategic decisions
- Cross-functional alignment: Collaborate with teams across the organization, aligning your projects with their OKRs and demonstrating supplementary value of your initiatives
- Effective Communication: Prepare consulting style one-pagers and other clear, concise documents to communicate project progress, outcomes, and learnigns to leadership and peers
- Impact Maximization: Manage multiple projects with a cumulative impact, focusing on creating value greater than the sum of each initiative's partsQualifications:Minimum Qualifications
- At least 3 years of working experience in a high critical thinking and stakeholder management environment
- Highly proficient in Excel
- Detail-oriented, responsible, pragmatic, and eager to learn.
- Low ego (not sensitive about job titles/positions)Preferred Qualifications
