We are seeking a highly analytical and action-oriented Business Process Improvement Lead to drive continuous improvement initiatives across our operations. This role will be instrumental in identifying inefficiencies, designing scalable solutions, and leading cross-functional projects to enhance productivity, reduce cost, and elevate service quality.Job Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end process improvement initiatives using structured methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).Participate in cross-functional projects to improve end-to-end logistics efficiency.
- Map and analyze existing workflows to identify pain points and inefficiencies.
- Design and implement new business processes or optimize existing ones for scale and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, tech, product, finance) to ensure seamless execution of changes.
- Develop and track KPIs to measure the effectiveness and ROI of improvements.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement through workshops, training, and knowledge sharing.Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Business Management.
- 5 years of experience in business process improvement, ideally within logistics, supply chain, or operations-heavy industries.
- Solid understanding of process mapping, root cause analysis, and change management principles.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in Excel and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).Preferred Qualifications:
- Certified in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher) preferred.
- Strong project management skills and experience leading cross-functional teams.
