- Develop operational excellence strategy and implementation plan in line with company's objectives
- Drives continuous improvement initiatives implementation which leads to Service-Level Agreement (SLA) improvements, quality improvements, productivity gain and cost reduction
- Accountable for maintaining and developing Operations System (i.e Fleet Management System) to support operations
- Experience in managing operations' performance in terms of visibility and data readiness to support operation improvement and decision making
- Ensure regular Operation Quality Assessment are done and to work with operations to improve the quality
- Ensure Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and Work Instructions for operations are available and updated according to the latest process change
- A bachelor's degree from any major
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Express/Logistics Company as an Operations Excellence/Continuous Improvement/Process Improvement
- Prior experience and familiar with Process Improvement (lean, six sigma green belt preferred), project management, and financial analysis
- Excellent in problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Expert facilitator and able to manage all stakeholders
- Lead by example and hands-on leadership style who can implement operation solution in the floor
- Understand and having experiences on implementing and improving Transport/Fleet Management System (TMS/FMS)
- Willing to be placed in North Jakarta and travel to other areas/regions
