In this team, you will be responsible in developing categories and the corresponding sub-categories by building a robust team, and conducting prioritization of sub categories, leads identification, leads generation, acquisition, incubation, and performance improvement & management.Roles & Responsibilities:
- Recruit brands/merchants from South East Asia or Chinese exporters;
- Guide and manage merchants to open stores and operate internationalized products;
- Manage partnerships with merchants to ensure continuous growth in merchant sales;
- Collaborate with other functional teams to drive product optimization;
- Conduct market analysis of sub-sectors, identify growth points, and formulate category strategies;
- Proficiently conduct Data Analysis, formulate business plans, provide solutions, and implement them.Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree or above
- Proficiency in English is required as primary language of work
- 2 years+ of experience in e-commerce companies, retailers/brand companies in the FMCG, or platform-based industries, and preference will be given to those with good connections with South East Asia/Internationalization brand merchants;
- Proficiency in Mandarin to communicate, express, and socialize in Chinese without barriers to manage Chinese sellers.Preferred Qualifications:
- Possess good judgment and independent thinking skills, ensuring rapid learning, adaptability to change, experience in working with a Client Server orientation and in a client-facing capacity, results and goal orientation, and business acumen;
- Have a deep understanding of the industry's business landscape, consumer needs, digitalization, and mobile internet, as well as a certain understanding of social e-commerce, content marketing, and influencer e-commerce, and possess practical experience;
