
National Key Account Manager - FMCG (Confidential Search)

- Develop and execute strategic plans for key national accounts to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key customers, ensuring strong and long-lasting relationships.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and solution selling based on customer needs.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs for assigned key accounts.
- Collaborate with the sales team to execute promotional campaigns and commercial strategies tailored to key accounts.
- Forecast sales trends and develop action plans to meet or exceed targets.
- Lead contract negotiations, renewals, pricing agreements, and service level commitments.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing strategies, and profitability guidelines.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in key account management, with strong track record of handling National Key Accounts with minimarket and hyper super accounts.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships at all organizational levels.
- Leadership experience in managing a team of Key Account Managers.
- Strong networking with high level PIC of the key accounts.
