  • Develop and execute strategic plans for key national accounts to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key customers, ensuring strong and long-lasting relationships.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and solution selling based on customer needs.
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs for assigned key accounts.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to execute promotional campaigns and commercial strategies tailored to key accounts.
  • Forecast sales trends and develop action plans to meet or exceed targets.
  • Lead contract negotiations, renewals, pricing agreements, and service level commitments.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing strategies, and profitability guidelines.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in key account management, with strong track record of handling National Key Accounts with minimarket and hyper super accounts.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Leadership experience in managing a team of Key Account Managers.
  • Strong networking with high level PIC of the key accounts.
