  • Oversee distributors and operations teams to ensure optimal store execution and expand distribution channels.
  • Collaborate with the Trade Marketing team to effectively implement local promotions.
  • Manage accounts receivable (AR) and efficiently control allocated trade spending (FGA).
  • Work closely with the supply chain team for accurate volume forecasting to achieve sales objectives.
  • Partner with brand and marketing teams to execute brand strategies and initiatives at assigned accounts.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the operations team through regular fieldwork to meet company goals.
  • Negotiate favourable trading terms and manage relationships with assigned retailers.
  • Conduct regular business reviews on sales performance and trade activities with modern trade retailers.
  • Evaluate sales promotions to enhance business growth and return on investment (ROI) through thorough pre- and post-analysis.
  • Develop and implement effective merchandising and shelf management strategies, leveraging local market intelligence.
  • Advise on financial decisions for assigned accounts and identify opportunities for growth.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in key account management, specifically with modern trade retailers in the FMCG sector, experience in food & beverage categories is a must.
  • A proven track record of successfully enhancing modern trade retail sales performance and achieving budgetary and long-term strategic goals is essentials
  • Additional experience in areas such as Marketing or Trade Marketing is considered an advantage.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills are required.
  • Candidates should have strong business acumen and possess effective influencing skills to manage key stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
  • Proficiency in English is a must
  • Experience in handling and strong network with hyper super accounts is a must.
