Funnel Planning Supervisor

Identify and rank cities based on data-driven insights to maximize revenue potential and market penetration.
Create detailed strategies for selecting and targeting cities to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Analyze economic, demographic, and competitive factors to ensure viable and profitable expansion decisions.
Collaborate with internal teams to incorporate local market intelligence into funnel planning processes.
Utilize analytics and GIS tools to improve the accuracy and efficiency of funnel planning.
Identify processes for evaluating and selecting priority cities, ensuring transparency and objectivity.
Work closely with Partner’s ISP first layer business, and Internal Project and Maintenance teams to align strategies and ensure cohesive execution.
Ensure the funnel planning team to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
Min. 3 years work experience in funnel planning, project management, or a similar role within the Telco or technology sector.
Strong skills in data analysis, statistical modelling, and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel).
Proficiency in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and tools like QGIS, ArcGIS for spatial data analysis.
Understanding of database structures for analyzing large sets of structured and unstructured data.
Knowledge of automation tools and techniques to streamline funnel operations and improve efficiency.
Technical knowledge of fiber optics infrastructure.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Willing to work in Karawaci, Tangerang.
