Curriculum Designer (Early Childhood Education)

Design and develop a high-quality, engaging, and age-appropriate curriculum and lesson plans tailored to the developmental needs of young children, from baby to kids.
Ensure the curriculum is implemented consistently across all locations and followed as planned (quality control)
Train coaches on the curriculum and lesson plans to ensure effective delivery.
Gather feedback from coaches and parents to assess the effectiveness of our dance curriculum.
Coordinate with the operational team for procurement needs
Continuously improve the curriculum based on data, feedback, and best practices.
Work closely with the curriculum manager, coaches, and operational team to ensure alignment with overall goals.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Sports Education, Physical Education, Psychology, or a related field.
Experience in teaching babies and young children.
Experience in designing and developing curricula, particularly for early childhood programs, is a plus.
Background, training, or experience in early childhood education is an advantage.
Open to new experiences and interested in coaching and teacher development.
