Job DescriptionWe are currently assisting one of our clients, a Global Education company and which is looking to hire a Finance Director.

Lead financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and strategic

financial planning to support business growth. * Ensure the organization's compliance with financial laws, regulations, and internalpolicies. * Lead risk management efforts to mitigate financial risks and address findings fromaudits. * Provide insights into business performance and trends to support key decisionmaking. * Oversee all aspects of the accounting function, ensuring accuracy and timeliness offinancial statements. * Ensure that financial statements comply with Indonesian and international financialregulations and standards. * Oversee the corporate structure and governance, ensuring alignment with businessobjectives and regulatory compliance. * Business partner with key executives including efficiency improvement, centerexpansion, pricing. * Analyze economic trends, market conditions, and competitive landscapes to provideactionable financial insights. * Develop pricing strategies for courses and products based on market analysis andfinancial projections. * Manage cashflow and working capital to support the organization's growth.

Ensure compliance with internal group control policies and financial regulations.
Responsible for managing tax compliance and tax optimization.
Manage relationships with key financial partners including banks, auditor, tax

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; an MBA or professional

certification (such as CPA, CFA) is highly preferred. * Over 15 years of progressive experience, with proven expertise in a senior financialleadership role within multinational companies. * Experience in the education sector is highly advantageous or passionate abouteducation sector. * Strong leadership and management skills.

Excellent analytical and forecasting abilities, and able to be hands-on.
Experience with financial systems and tools, including ERP and BI systems.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
