- Design and execute channel strategies that boost sales and strengthen our market position
- Negotiate agreements and terms with distributors to build mutually beneficial partnerships
- Provide guidance, support, and training to distributors to help them succeed
- Monitor performance and analyze market trends to uncover new opportunities
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and reports to internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate post-sales support to ensure distributor and customer satisfaction
- Travel within the region to engage with partners and customers in person
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in channel management, preferably within medical devices or related industries
- Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets through distributor networks
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build lasting partnerships
- Analytical thinker who can identify and capitalize on market opportunities
- Comfortable with regular travel and fluent in English
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools
