What You’ll Do as Field Operation Lead (Medical Devices) the day-to-day flow of device deployments, scheduling, fulfillment readiness, and regional coordination.1. Operational Execution
  • Lead daily operations: device readiness, TS scheduling, and regional coordination.
  • Ensure SOP compliance, workload cut-off, and consistent execution across all areas.
2. Team Leadership & Development
  • Supervise and develop the operations team (TS, scheduler, QC).
  • Mentor junior TS and build an internal leadership pipeline.
  • Act as a bridge in handling field conflicts, burnout cases, and cross-team misalignments.
3. Readiness & Risk Management
  • Guarantee device readiness for surgeries (QC, maintenance, post-use collection).
  • Resolve operational issues using PDCA and root cause analysis.
  • Drive continuous improvement to minimize operational risks.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Act as the operational integrator across Sales, Finance, HR, and Inventory.
  • Contribute to SOP development, dashboard refinement, and scalable system design.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Logistics, or Health-related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years leading field/operations/distribution teams (pharma or medical device background is a plus).
  • Core Skills:
  • Strong leadership & coaching abilities to build discipline and resilience.
  • Conflict management and people development skills.
  • Data- and system-oriented, with experience running dashboards and performance monitoring.
