
Sales Manager - International Spirits (Jakarta)

- Overseeing and driving sales performance within the assigned regions.
- Work closely with local distributor partners to identify sales and execution opportunities based on data-driven insights and field observations.
- Partner with field sales teams to develop a cohesive Business Planning process for key commercial accounts, ensuring alignment across all stakeholders.
- Assist in the allocation of commercial targets, including volume and distribution goals, across different cities and sales channels.
- In-charge of the development and execution of activity planning and budgeting processes within the commercial team.
- Minimum 8 years background in sales & distributor management, must be coming from the alcohol industry.
- Strong field sales and distributor management experience, especially in Java, Bali, or Sumatra regions.
- Experienced in handling on-premise & Horeca channel will be a plus.
- Proficiency in English is a must.
- Passion to work in alcohol industry, must be willing to travel locally for distributor and market visits.
