  • Overseeing and driving sales performance within the assigned regions.
  • Work closely with local distributor partners to identify sales and execution opportunities based on data-driven insights and field observations.
  • Partner with field sales teams to develop a cohesive Business Planning process for key commercial accounts, ensuring alignment across all stakeholders.
  • Assist in the allocation of commercial targets, including volume and distribution goals, across different cities and sales channels.
  • In-charge of the development and execution of activity planning and budgeting processes within the commercial team.

  • Minimum 8 years background in sales & distributor management, must be coming from the alcohol industry.
  • Strong field sales and distributor management experience, especially in Java, Bali, or Sumatra regions.
  • Experienced in handling on-premise & Horeca channel will be a plus.
  • Proficiency in English is a must.
  • Passion to work in alcohol industry, must be willing to travel locally for distributor and market visits.
