As a Warehouse Staff – Hino, you’ll play an essential role in managing spare parts in the warehouse — from receiving and documenting inventory to preparing parts for customer delivery and workshop needs. Your contribution ensures everything runs smoothly from the ground up.Requirements:Hold at least a Diploma (D3) in Logistics, Engineering, or related fieldHave a good understanding of warehouse procedures and stock handlingFamiliar with documentation and inventory systemsPhysically fit, organized, and able to maintain cleanliness and order in warehouse areasAble to work collaboratively with internal teams (sales, admin, service)Responsibilities:Receive, inspect, and document all incoming spare parts accuratelyProcess and prepare spare part deliveries to customersSupport and fulfill parts requests from the service workshop teamMaintain neatness, order, and labeling in the spare parts storage areaCoordinate with inventory/admin staff to ensure accurate stock flowOur Selection Procedure in a Nutshell:Our interview process is straightforward—just a few conversations with HR and our leadership team.
