- Contact suppliers, obtain quotes, negotiate prices and delivery timelines
- Manage purchase orders and follow-up deliveries
- Assist in inventory record keeping and warehouse coordination
- Support budget control and cost monitoring
- Prepare procurement reports and maintain vendor databases
- SMA/SMK minimum; diploma (D3) preferred
- Prior experience in procurement or administrative roles is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office and email communication
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Basic English is an advantage; fluency in Bahasa Indonesia required
