
Key Account Manager – Modern Trade

- End-to-end responsibility for sales, revenue, and relationship management with a top-tier modern trade account.
- Negotiate annual terms, trading conditions, and joint business plans.
- Drive Bosch & Gaggenau's visibility and growth in modern trade, focusing on both freestanding and built-in categories.
- Align execution with in-store visibility, pricing, display, and promotion guidelines.
- Analyze sell-in/sell-out data, margin structures, and category performance.
- Translate insights into actionable growth plans, promotions, and inventory corrections.
- Work closely with Trade Marketing, Logistics, Finance, and Category teams to ensure smooth planning and execution.
- Coordinate with regional and local stakeholders on product availability and account performance.
- Oversee promoter effectiveness within the account.
- Work with the Trade Marketing team to optimize deployment and incentives.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling, up-selling, and new store openings within the account's network.
- Prepare regular performance updates, sales forecasts, and
- 10-12 years in Modern Trade Sales, preferably in home appliances or premium consumer durables. Previous experience handling built-in kitchen appliances is a strong advantage.
- Existing relationships within top electronics retail accounts in Jakarta is a plus.
- Strong in sales analytics, structured account planning, and performance tracking.
- Independent, entrepreneurial, and proactive with a hands-on approach. Able to operate with minimal supervision and take ownership of results.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields. MBA is a plus.
- Proficiency Good command of Excel, data dashboards, and familiarity with CRM/ERP systems.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English. Strong communication and presentation skills.
