- Ensure the achievement of sales objectives in the Hypermarket accounts.
- Drive the permanent availability of our products in accordance with the agreed coverage objectives.
- Carry out a constant monitoring of our competitiveness in the channel, proposing and negotiating and implementing the necessary activities to exceed our objectives.
- Ensure the correct "unmissable" execution of our categories at the points of sale.
- Implement in a timely and brilliant manner the innovations of each category.
- Promote the growth of our categories in the Hypermarket, gaining market share in the process, through the execution of Category Management Plans.
- Inspire, challenge and train the sales team in charge.
- Ensure a correct investment in the trade with the activities carried out on the channel.
- You are a best-in-class negotiator, who can create value for both the Customer & Unilever
- You know how to navigate through the organization, and can influence at all levels
- You like to collaborate and are a true teambuilder who has experience in leading and developing teams
- Category management and channel experience are an added advantage
- Previous experience in more developed and large Modern Trade market is an added advantage
- Relocation to Jakarta, Indonesia.
- Possession of a bachelor’s degree in any field. A background in culinary would be an advantage
- Professional with a minimum of 2 years’ relevant working experience as Sales Supervisor in FMCG business.
- Solid experience in managing distributors, B2B, Horeca, Go to Market Strategy & trade category.
- Strong communication abilities enabling effective interaction across various organizational levels.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, for data analysis and interpretation.
- Demonstrated initiative, proactive mindset, a can-do attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to lead teams effectively and adept negotiation skills.
