As a Head of Finance, your main responsibilities will include:

Developing and implementing financial strategies aligned with the organisation's goals.
Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

At least a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Professional certifications such as CPA, CA, or equivalent (preferred).
At least 10-12 years of experience with retail background; Big 4 experience will be a plus.
Proven expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
Experience in managing and leading a team effectively.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proficiency in financial software and tools.
