The Head of Finance will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company, including financial planning, analysis, reporting, and risk management. This role involves leading the finance team, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing strategic financial guidance to the executive team to support business growth.Key Responsibilities:

Manage all financial operations and accounting activities.
Develop and implement financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts.
Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
Oversee cash flow, treasury, and capital management.
Ensure compliance with all local and international financial regulations.
Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Head of Finance or similar senior financial role, preferably in the manufacturing or garment industry.
Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and regulations.
Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with financial software and ERP systems.
Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
