Job Responsibilities
- Handle direct communication and negotiations with customers to drive sales performance. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities to support market expansion. - Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, production) to ensure smooth execution of business operations. - Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback. - Support administrative and documentation tasks related to business activities. - Participate in product promotions, client meetings, and business events as needed. - Other responsibilities as needed.Job Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience
- Bachelor's Degree - High conversational Mandarin and High conversational English proficiency - Minimum 1 year of sales experience, dealing directly with customers. - Proficiency in using office software (such as MS Office) - Willing to work in East Java - Excellent organizational and time management skills; able to multitask under pressure
