As a Head of Online Channel, your main responsibilities will include:
  • Developing and executing the overall online channel sales strategy to drive revenue growth.
  • Identify new opportunities within existing accounts, set and meet sales targets, and analyze sales data to maximize revenue and market share.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans, accurate sales forecasts, and joint business plans to drive growth and collaboration.
  • Responsible for contract negotiations on pricing, terms, and delivery, ensuring adherence and resolving issues proactively.
  • Continuously analyze industry trends and competitors to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Coordinate promotional activities and new product launches in partnership with accounts and marketing teams to boost sales and visibility.
  • Understanding and use insights to better understand consumer behaviours and customer's voice.
  • Responsible for the budgets management related to accounts, ensuring cost-effective promotions and profitable partnerships.
  • Ensure all online channel sales operations are effective, performing and online customer journey optimisation.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align ecommerce initiatives with broader business goals.
  • Analysing market trends and consumer behaviour to identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and maintaining data security standards.
Strategic and leadership role to drive and lead the online channel sales.Working with multinational consumer goods company with market leader brands.A successful Head of Ecommerce should have:
  • At least 10+ years experiences in commercial or key account management, with at least 5+ years in driving the online sales channel preferably from FMCG/Consumer Goods industry.
  • Strong business and commercial acumen together with strong analytical skills combined with data-driven mindset to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Experiences in leading and managing multiple large account managements across different channels with demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Strong negotiations and influential skills combine with strong understanding of profitability, pricing, trade spend, and complex negotiations.
  • Track record in securing favorable terms and influencing internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven track record in digital/ e-commerce/ online channel sales to develop and execute e-commerce strategies, manage online operations, drive digital sales growth, and stay updated on industry trends and technologies.
  • Experiences working in fast-paced and dynamic environment in a multinational organization.
