- Drive the design and execution of group-wide HR operational strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals and scalable processes across all entities
- Oversee the current performance ecosystem, identify areas for improvement, and provide data-driven recommendations to enhance outcomes and engagement
- Lead strategic and tactical improvements in payroll operations and benefits design; implement transition strategies to align employee offerings across companies within the group
- Ensure effective utilization of HR technologies and systems (e.g., HRIS), driving automation, accuracy, and actionable insights
- Standardize and optimize shared service delivery models and administrative HR processes to improve consistency, compliance, and efficiency
- Ensure all HR operations are compliant with local labor laws and internal policies across jurisdictions
- Collaborate with senior leadership, finance, IT, and legal teams to ensure seamless integration of HR strategies within broader organizational initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance/Accounting or related field (Master's preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in HR operations, with sufficient exposure in strategic C&B and salary grading matter.
- Strong knowledge of compensation structures, payroll systems, benefits, and HR technologies.
- Exceptional analytical, project management, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Experience working in FMCG or manufacturing is highly desirable.
