Job Responsibilities
- Oversee order progress from intake to delivery, including sample development and production tracking. - Regularly update order status and ensure on-time delivery based on client schedules. - Communicate with brand clients to understand their needs and provide support; assist in developing new brand partnerships. - Coordinate internal and external factory resources to optimize production scheduling and respond to urgent needs. - Lead brand-related projects, ensuring effective cross-department and inter-factory collaboration. - Analyze order and production data, generate reports to support management decisions, and present business updates. - Other responsibilities as needed.Job Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience
- Bachelor's Degree - High conversational Mandarin and High conversational English proficiency - Minimum 1 year of sales experience, dealing directly with customers. - Proficiency in using office software (such as MS Office) - Willing to work in East Java - Excellent organizational and time management skills; able to multitask under pressure
