Implement new systems / modules to increase overall forecast accuracy.
Implement various effective processes and strategies, along with operational improvement projects .
Ensures optimal utilization of the technology and lean solutions.
Works in liaison and collaborate with internal teams, such as Sales and PPIC to ensure that demands are being met on time.
Ensure a healthy safety stock level for fast moving SKUs/Items.
Strong control of suppliers to ensure on time delivery of products for manufacturing.

Bachelor's Degree in business, engineering or a related field (MBA Graduates preferred).
Having leadership role in at least one of the following functions of Supply Chain: Demand Planning and Field. Operations, Manufacturing Strategy & Operations, Logistics & Distribution and Technical Service Centers.
Well developed communication and problem solving skills.
Experienced in handling complex and detailed situations.
Comfortable with uncertainty.
Have one or more licenses/certifications in APICS, CPIM, CSSP, PMP or/and LEAN.
