Sales and Demand Planning Manager - FMCG

• Be the facilitator of the monthly forecast process by evaluating the information gathered from cross department such as sales, finance, and the supply team
• Manage and control overall supply review protocol as input to the monthly sales and operation planning process
• Facilitate effective planning through S&OP for the middle to long term inventory strategy
• Collaborate with the sales department to ensure precise monthly/quarterly/yearly sales forecasting and projections
• Working collaboratively with the finance department to understand the correlation between supply to demand, while ensuring alignment with financial strategies

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Accounting or related fields
• Over 5 years of experience in Demand Planner and Sales Operational
• Demonstrated strong analytic skills
• Adept at leveraging data to inform decision-making processes
• Excellent communication & presentation abilities
